    Description

    1 genuine Baldwin solid brass top lid prop hinge for grand piano. Hinge itself is 2-3/8" wide (outside dimension) and just under 2-1/8" inside - will easily accommodate a 2" wide prop or very slightly wider.  This style fits prop sticks that "nest" inside one another and share a common hinge pin.  Solid brass, satin finish. Replace bent or missing hinges.
    This is new old stock found during liquidation of the Truman factory during Oct 2018, used on the latest (post 2000-ish) design Baldwin grand pianos.  Previously Baldwin used a slightly more involved design that did not "nest" the prop sticks - you can see that hinge as item #
