Beautiful book in very good condition.  There is wear on this pattern book.  There is also a small piece missing from the bottom spine.  There is a crease almost like a very large dog earred page.  This is on the front cover and you can see this crease through the first couple of pages of the book.   All of the transfers are complete in the book. This came from a crafter's inventory.
