i am a dermatologist and purchased this refurbished unit from Angeles Medical & Optical a little over a year ago (see picture of sticker). I have used it in my office without any issues since then. I am closing the office, hence the sale of this item. Rest assured that this device works because I just used it a couple weeks ago. It has not been used excessively because the office where it was located was only open one day a week. I am including several Bovie tips still sealed in sterile packages both needle tipped and flat, spatula tipped. Tips can be reused after sterilization. Buy a unit that you know is working for a decent price!
