This is a year 2000 Chicken Run action figure from Burger King.
This is a rooster booster.  The chicken is fixed in the coop and is
propelled when you press the top knob on the coop.
Measurements:  3 1/2" x 2 5/8" x 3"

There are no broken parts and no marks.  This works fine. Minimal soiling. See photos.
