    Description

    Ensoniq TS-12 OS 3.10 Eproms with Installation Kit.
    Includes; OS 3.10 LO eprom, OS 3.10 HI eprom, zero ohm resistor, eprom puller, anti-static wrist strap, installation instructions, and the TSD-300 Disk. Each OS update fixed many software problems, added new features, and improved the existing features. OS 3.10 was the last and best OS version for the TS-12. OS 3.10 also adds General MIDI compatibility.
    The TS-12 was released at OS version 2 which included the capability to read SCSI devices when a SCSI board is installed and auto-load of sampled sounds when used in a sequence.

    The TS-12 display briefly shows ENSONIQ TS-12 SOFTWARE ROM V X.XX.
    When
    updating a TS-12 from Version 2 to Version 3, you must make one cut, add one jumper, and move one zero ohm resistor. If you already have an OS version 3.00 or higher, you only need to remove the old OS eproms, insert the new OS eproms, and reinitialize the TS-12.
    Tools needed:
    Phillips-head screwdriver, needle nose pliers, razor knife, soldering iron, solder, and a continuity checker (meter).
