    Excellent condition, structurally
    Cosmetically, it has the normal rubs, dings, scratches, and areas associated with household use.  We never find Tavern Pine without cosmetic wear due to the soft nature of pine wood. The most wear is on the top where when you are close up you can see rings. (see photos on computer)
