Hammond Organ Foot Pedal  Felt Strip 18-1/2" X 3/4"
This is from the foot pedals of a model L-100
It runs along the foot pedals, I guess it dampens foot pedal return stop when released.
It is approx 18-1/2" long, by 3/4" wide , and is about 1/4" thick.
It shows little signs of wear, except dirty from age.
