    Description

    This upgrade kit is 128MB of SAMPLE RAM memory that allows you to load and play samples on your Kurzweil K2500 or K2500R (revisions A thru J). The kit consists of eight 16MB simms for a total of 128MB. These are the correct simms for the earlier version of the K2500/K2500R. The 7th digit of your K2500 serial number designates which motherboard revision you have. "O" designates revision A thru J. "Z" designates revision K. The revision K motherboard was made after approximately June, 1997 and uses PC-style simms.
    The K2500/K2500R (revisions A thru J) will be maxed out with 128MB. If you only need 32MB or 64MB for a K2500, check my Ebay store.
    These brand new simms are tested in a Kurzweil and guaranteed. Complete installation instructions are included. Installing simms in a Kurzweil is simple and only requires a phillips head screwdriver.
    To check the current SAMPLE RAM memory in a K2500 model: push either the Master or Disk button and in the middle the of the top line on the display it will read, SAMPLES:131,072K, if your sample RAM is maxed out. I have seen some K2500's with no Sample Ram installed.
