    Description

    Tool made to securely hold replacement spinet elbows while being installed on the lifter wire.  Hex shank for use with a drill, can also be turned by hand.  Indexes elbow in same location and aligns hole for lifter wire with shank for ease of use with a drill.  Reduces time it takes to complete the job without sacrificing quality.
