    Tin Litho Friction Powered Push Toy Green Convertible Model A Car Made in Japan.  It is marked on the back seat, but do not know the company name. It has "Trade Mark (something) Made in Japan".  Nice green in color with red & green striped seat, also white plastic steering wheel.
