Valleylab Force Triad w/ E6019, LS0300, E6008 Footswitches Biomed Tested Used

1 - Valleylab Force Triad Electrosurgical unit in GOOD working order..!!
- Display reads: “Software Version 3.60” …
- Tested by local Biomedical Engineering company on Jan. 4 or 5, 2023 and passed BUT we are NOT offering warranty or guarantee because anything could happen during shipment or on your end after the item leaves our facility …!!!
- Also please note that the Ligasure function was not tested due to lack of accessories at Biomed company BUT The hospital that the unit was obtained from at a large sign on top of the unit that said - “Attention This machine is OLD!! Only Use it for hun ligasure ref LS3092”. Therefore we have confidence that this portion of the unit functions properly as well and possibly the caveat is because the older version software may or may not work with certain newer versions or releases of disposables, pencils, accessories, etc.
- Recent evaluation found all things that WERE tested to be within specs. Please see photo of check list …
- We pack our items VERY well for shipment but no guarantees therefore it is imperative that Buyer have this system and all of its components and accessories tested thoroughly by a qualified Biomedical Engineering company before any use …!!

- As photos show the front panel and touch screens are in great condition overall …
- We are leaving the evaluation stickers put on the unit by the Biomed company that evaluated the unit for Buyer’s peace of mind BUT once the unit leaves our facility there is no guarantee or warranty because of the possibility of components failing, being jostled, coming loose from ports, etc. during shipment etc.
- The Ligasure black and purple colored foot switch (LS0300) was probably not tested due to the lack of necessary disposables needed as alluded to above.
- The unit has considerable scratches, scuffs, smudges, nicks, stickers, sticker residue, adhesive residue from large sign originally on top of unit, etc. but beyond this it is in decent cosmetic shape if not considered good and is in great operating condition!
- Local pickups ARE welcome as are on site inspections at our facilities in Loganville, GA …
- ** The original Cart that goes with this unit is also AVAILABLE … BUT it is NOT a part of this sale!! Most Buyers do not want to pay for the shipping on larger, heavier items like this BUT pallet freight shipping can be arranged and paid for by the Buyer and Colossus Will properly palletize the cart for shipment for a small extra fee for a negotiated price for the cart.
