I have a smoke-free environment. Sometimes, I acquire an item that smells of smoke. I wash it in a fragrance free detergent or fabric sanitizer for non washable items prior to listing it.
I sell vintage items,  which means it is not brand new, there will be normal age wear.
Items that are "Dry Clean Only" are not dry cleaned prior to sale.
I try to check all of my items carefully before listing and clearly state, in the description, all flaws as accurately as possible. However, I am only human and may occasionally and unintentionally miss something.
RETURNS: Money back if returned within 30 days. Buyer to pay return shipping. The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (unless I have grossly misrepresented the item).
