First contact us via email explaining why you are not satisfied with the purchase before rushing into a wrong action towards us.
We will grant refunds when the item does not match description accurately.

We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received.

Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition the refunds will not be available. No refunds are allowed after 3 days from the date the buyer receive the item.
