Up for your consideration is this  Vintage Tin Litho Friction Police Car Toy made in Japan.
Condition is very good for its age! Some paint fading ,light scratches no dents ( see photos for better description. ) Friction mechanism works great.
Measures :  6" long, 2 1/2" wide
