Pre-Owned.  The overall condition is "Good" to "Very Good."  The Lady that I bought these from has had them rolled in newspaper and in a box for the last
several
years and took VERY good care of them!   Like with almost any vintage glass related items (being 41 years-old), there are a few
tiny
blemishes.
