believe
this is a friction toy, but I don't think the friction works -- the wheels turn freely, but I tried pulling it backward very gently and it doesn't seem to "catch."

To make sure this item arrives safely to its destination, I will take a lot of time and care to pack it securely, with ample protection.  I use a postal scale to weigh the package and only charge actual shipping costs as calculated by USPS and ebay, no extra fees. I ship via USPS Priority Mail --- eBay and USPS calculate the cost based on the buyer location / shipping destination and the size and weight of the package. The longer the distance the more USPS charges. I no longer ship Parcel Post, please don't ask.
